One flat price per year, billed once at the start — no monthly bills. One subscription covers the whole council — FS, GK, Treasurer, Trustees. No per-seat charges. All features included at every tier.
Annual billing available (12 months for the price of 10). 30-day grace period at the end of the founding year — no abrupt cutoff.

Do we need to stop using Supreme’s Member Billing?

No. DuesSync works alongside Member Billing, not instead of it. Your roster and dues billing stay in Supreme’s system. DuesSync handles the parts Supreme doesn’t — vouchers, budgets, bank reconciliation, compliance tracking, broadcast, and form submission.
What if our FS changes during the founding year?

DuesSync stays with the council. The new FS logs in and picks up where the previous FS left off. That’s the whole point.
Is there a catch?

No. The founding year is genuinely free. After June 30, 2027, you convert to standard pricing or your account goes to read-only mode (your data is preserved for 90 days). No auto-billing. No surprise charges.
Can councils outside California join?

Yes. The Founding Council Program is open to any active KoC council in good standing, in any state.
What data do you collect?

Council roster data (imported from Supreme CSV), dues payment records, voucher records, and bank reconciliation data. We never sell data. We never share individual council data without explicit permission. See our Trust Center for details.
What if we don’t like it?

Walk away. Your data is exportable anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees, no hard feelings.
