When to use it
Run a contact update campaign annually, or whenever your roster's contact data is going stale. The Contact Freshness bar on the page shows how many members were verified in the last 6 months, 6–12 months ago, or are stale/never verified — a quick gauge of when it's time to send a new round.
Step by step
- Go to Roster → Updates.
- Review the Contact Freshness card to see how current your data is.
- Click + Create Campaign. Enter a Campaign Name (required), an optional Description, and an optional Close Date. Click Create.
- Open the campaign from the list to send the personalized verification links and track responses. Each campaign row shows a verified / total count and progress bar.
- As members confirm their details, the freshness counts update.
Tips & gotchas
- Members verify and edit their own details through the link — you don't enter the changes for them.
- Member-confirmed contact edits are FS-owned data; they won't be overwritten the next time you run a Supreme CSV import (Data Sync never wipes FS-owned email/phone).
- Campaign statuses are Draft / Open / Closed.
- A verification counts toward "recent" freshness for 6 months before it starts aging.
