Push Local Edits to Officers Online

Lists the contact/name changes you've made in DuesSync that still need to be re-entered in Officers Online, and exports them as a worksheet.

Who uses it
Financial Secretary

Roster → Supreme Sync (`/dashboard/roster/supreme-sync`)

When to use it

Because data only flows Supreme → DuesSync, edits you make to a member's contact info or name in DuesSync don't reach Supreme automatically. This page tracks those pending changes so you can mirror them in Officers Online. Work it after editing members and before (or alongside) your monthly Supreme CSV re-import — DuesSync clears each pending change once the import shows Supreme reflects it.

Step by step

  1. Go to Roster → Supreme Sync.
  2. Check the three tiles: Pending Supreme sync (members with unsynced edits), Open exceptions, and Last Supreme CSV import.
  3. In the pending-changes table, review each member, field, and the DuesSync value that needs entering.
  4. Click an export button — PDF, CSV, or TXT — to download a worksheet.
  5. Open Officers Online and enter those values to match DuesSync.
  6. Re-import the Supreme CSV (via Data Sync). Synced rows clear automatically.
  7. Review the Exceptions table: rows where the latest Supreme CSV came back with a different value — meaning Supreme didn't accept the update or it was edited back. Decide per row.

Tips & gotchas

  • "All caught up" / the empty state means there's nothing pending — you only see rows here after editing a member's name or contact fields in DuesSync.
  • Pending changes clear themselves on the next matching import; you don't mark them done manually.
  • Exceptions are surfaced, not auto-resolved — they need a human decision because DuesSync and Supreme disagree.
  • Re-import the Supreme CSV monthly so this list stays accurate.
