Fellow Squires Advisor — the short version
You are the council's liaison and mentor to a sponsored Columbian Squires Circle. You report to the Program Director and work alongside the Youth Director.
What the role does
The Columbian Squires Advisor serves as the council liaison and spiritual advisor to any sponsored Columbian Squires Circle, supporting young men aged 10–18 in faith formation, service, and leadership development.
- Faith formation — Lead the Squires in prayer, the sacraments, and growing as Catholic young men.
- Service projects — Help the Circle plan and run its own service work in the parish and community.
- Leadership development — Coach Squires officers and prepare older Squires to become Knights.
- Council liaison — Keep the council and the Circle connected; report Squires activity to the Program Director.
