When to use it
Run an interest survey when you want fresh data on what activities and programs your members will participate in — for example at the start of a fraternal year or when staffing a new program. Members check the activities and programs they're interested in. There's also a public link you can share with prospective members.
Step by step
- Confirm the feature is enabled. It's a premium add-on — if the page shows the "Premium Feature" lock screen, contact DuesSync support to enable it.
- Go to Brotherhood → Member Interests.
- Click + Create Campaign. Enter a Campaign Name (required), an optional Description, and an optional Close Date. Click Create.
- Open the new campaign to send links and track who has submitted. The campaign list shows a submitted / total count and progress bar per campaign.
- To preview what members will be asked, expand the Survey Preview card (read-only).
- To invite prospects, use the Prospect Interest Link card — click Copy Link and share it. Anyone can submit without logging in.
Tips & gotchas
- A campaign must be Open before the prospect link is useful; the page warns "No active campaign" if none is open.
- Campaign statuses are Draft / Open / Closed — only one is treated as the active campaign at a time.
- This is distinct from the Member Interest Extract in Data Sync, which imports interest preferences that Supreme already has on file.
